  Mission Río Hacha: The Missionary group that went to Río Hacho had the opportunity to share the message of Jesus with the Guayú Indigenous Community, in addition to being able to minister the power of the Holy Spirit to the children. They were challenged by having to stay in a desert area without access to drinking water. Many of the families walked up to 3 hours just to attend church. Mission Santa Marta: This missionary team was able to share with the local church where they were received with open arms by the leaders who were waiting for them. They had the opportunity to minister by supporting leaders and pastors who have selflessly served for many years to establish the Kingdom of God. The team also helped with evangelism. Mission San Pedro: This Missionary team had plans to minister to people who are in jail, however, at the time of their arrival they were not allowed access. A priest stopped them at the gate because they weren't Catholics.   But this did not stop them....

Well, we have some  GREAT  NEWS & some  more   GREAT  NEWS... which do you want to hear first?     FIRST:    We've been given the School License!!  5 years ago  we felt the Lord ask us to  help Him  start a Christian School here in Medellin.  As we have mentioned in previous letters... even though Medellin is the 2nd largest city in Colombia... in the whole  nation, it is the last on the list regarding Christian Education.   Now we know why ... If there wasn't so much opposition, there would be more Christian schools here. 3 years ago  we formally applied for accreditation;  2,000 page application document, 14 times being rejected, (I can't tell you how many tears   my wife shed).  BUT thanks to so many of you praying, we didn't quit . . . and they finally approved us.   To God be the Glory!!!! How are YOU doing... today ?   As a result of the pandemic situation, many people have found themselves fighting some type of battle - and many of them were fighting all ALONE.   IN OUR CASE ...   the Lord had us start the project for the Christian School about 4 years ago.  There are a lot of people affected by the project and many families counting on it for their children.  Last week, we got to a point where it looked like it would be impossible to see the fulfillment of that project.  It looked like it could be finished.  We want to share some ideas on how we were able to walk through the despair of feeling like we were about to lose everything.  1.  PEACE -  Recently I (Jerry) caught myself in "just hang on and survive" gear... but God got in my face and reminded us that He LEADS me by His peace .  Satan wants to DRIVE us compulsively , but God wants to DRAW us compassionately .  I know it sounds too s...

Yurani has been serving in Niger Africa since October 2019.   Most of the few missionaries serving in Niger returned to their home country during the pandemic but Yurani persisted in her calling to this country.  She is serving alongside a Korean missionary who founded a girl’s boarding school and Bible school.   Yurani’s main ministry is discipling teenagers who were born in a Muslim context.  Over Christmas, Yurani went to the city to relax but while there, she contracted malaria .  It was a difficult battle but she has mostly recovered.  Please keep her in prayer for full recovery and the strength to continue to minister and share God’s love in an isolated part of the world.

Yubeli – As you know, our motto is that "forming leaders isn’t what we do, it is who we are".  Yubeli is a great example of a leader who forms other leaders.  Born in a poverty-stricken part of Colombia, Yubeli surpassed all expectations and learned healthy leadership principles, learned English and later French in preparation for her call to Burkina Faso, Africa.   Through missions donations, she has purchased land and developed a leadership school in a small village, she has brought unity through Christ to two competing tribes,  she cultivated a farm project to feed the villagers and provide work for the youth.  Now, through the pandemic, she and her Burkinabe husband continue to do Christian leadership and entrepreneurship training. At first, virtually, and now traveling to small communities, they are giving conferences and seminars throughout the country.  NEWS!   On Nov. 23, Yubeli and her husband, Utonio, welcomed their first child, Y...
